I visit other shops for a diversity in my vaping experience, but no matter where I go I always say that jade vapor is my home shop. The customer service I recived from the first day has never faltered. From choosing mods when I decide to upgrade, to recommendations on flavor based on my past selections. The personal attentiveness I received as a customer has moved to be more of a friendship with all of the staff and even more of a feeling of family with most of them. I will never go to a different vape store. I showed up at 7:45 thinking they closed at 8:00 and the place was locked up. The sign said that the place closed at 6:00, stupid me. Well there was someone inside who happened to see me and let me in. They had been closed for almost 2 hours! I shop at Jade often but I'll check out different stores here and there but not anymore. I will tell everyone I know who vapes to go to Jade. Seriously folks, the best in town, hands down!!

PS. Just wanted to say that I'm talking about this specific Jade store. The other store that's on Ashland road doesn't compare...

Jade Vapor Park Ave West Sold me a pax 3 complete kit in January 2020. I was satisfied with it until I went to file a warranty claim the other day and pax customer service tells me the unit is a counterfeit, the serial number is fraudulent, the packaging (saved the original packaging and square receipt due to the ten year warranty) is counterfeit and that based on the inconsistencies the retailer likely knew it wasn't a legitimate pax. I only chose it over other options in the first place because of the ten year warranty. Feel really deceived...
