As a Sefaradic Conservative Jew I put this Synagogue and congregation a 0 and that is too much. I believe and feel that a Synagogue should be a place where we can pray to Haschem without any conditions. Unfortunely Bet Am Synagoue put you financially conditions to attend the High Holidays and ask all the time money to get their expenses to be pay. G.D Adonai forgive any Jewish person in Yom Kippur no matter their status . G.D don't judge you for your financial status or he is telling you that if you buy a coffee in Dunkin Donut you have money and must pay the membership fee of the Synagogue like Rabbi Golsmith told my brother whom is a very religious Jew and live in Israel. By the way any Rabbi should speak Hebrew and the Rabbi Golsmith had a hard time to even speak hebrew with my brother.. so my question is how did she study The Torah at the Yehiva to become " A RABBI" The Rabbanut today told my brother in Israel what kind of Synagogue is the Beth Am ? A Jew shouldn't never ask another Jew for money to attend high holidays That is a huge sin to deny a Jewish person to attend the high holidays because she/ he can't pay a Tkt or seat. Some people and menbers can't pay and this synagogue force them to pay to be able to pray on the High Holidays. According the Jewish Law and according the Rabbanut in Israel a Synagogue should and has to accept any jew no matter what financial status they have. Jewish religion should be about love G.D and the Torah care and love eachother act like Jews and not like Goys. That is why a Jewish person acording the Torah need to do Mitzvots. G.D is the only one can judge a person but this Rabbi Michelle Golsmith and the President Shavie took the Jewish Law on their own hands to condem a jew by their financial status and as well the new administrative person call Robin M. Let's start from the begining . I 'm a Sefaradic Conservative Jew my family leave in Israel and I grow up in a Jewish religious School and in the Jewish Religion it is a big sin if a women go the Bima on the services of Shabbath and even High Holidays to read the Torah according to the Jewish Law because a women is impure and a women don't put The Tefilims every day like a man does and this Synagogue don't care do it no only this but in between the reading of Half Torah some congregants go to a small room and start drinking shots of alcohol like vodka , wiskey, scotch means in the most important reading prayer like Half Torah and before the second reading of Amidah but they call themself good Jews and condem someone to be unable to pay to atend High Holidays...WOW ! They don't like to be judge but they do. No Jew should have any OBLIGATION TO PAY ANY DONATION to attend because the synagogue need funds to pay their bills to keep the synagogue. That is like a person want to buy a house but can't afford to pay the mortage. If you can't afford to pay your mortage don't buy a house the same should be with a synagogue if they don't have funds to runing the synagogue they should close but they don't have any rigths to demand to a jew money to go prayer. Thanks to this situation I personally realize my very strong love for G.D and very proud to be Sefaradic Conservative Jew and not a reform jew. By the way in any conserative synagogue women and man don't seat together. Thanks Haschem to express myself trougth this review a show everyone the beautiful mean to be a real Jew..and don't pretend.to be one like Mrs Shavie and the...
