Amazing! Definitely a must see when in the Marquette area. The drive up through the trees is beautiful and relatively short. There are bathrooms in Presque Park before and after. The view is amazing even if you have limited mobility and can't really climb down any rocks. I would park at the second parking area for anyone who can't walk far distances. The first one is fun for those who are adventurous and diving off the cliff...or just exploring. You're going to see amazing views of Lake Superior from any vantage point. I forgot my sneakers on the trip and was still able to climb around the rocks in flats to explore the rocks on the shore. We went back four times to experience different weather, wind etc. There are a few times during the week where the road is closed for a couple of hours. I believe 6-8 pm on Wednesday is one of those times. We drove to another area of the park to watch geese and explore the shore. There is ice cream available in the park as well as an art gallery that we didn't explore. There are also several beaches along the road before the park. We checked out several of those to dip our toes in the cold water.

Obviously a beautiful thrilling must-visit!!! 💎😍🔥 I came here specially to cliff jump the 4th of July. Perfect weather, clear ice cold water of Lake Superior! 🗻 The gates seemed closed when I arrived so I just parked on the far end and did the 10m walk. Great walk. Some pro tips! There are about 4 ways to get back up. The “easiest” is going back to its base near the beach. There’s a moderate one about 50ft from there. But the most common is the one maybe 50ft from the tip on the east side. It’s not clear until you walk up on the top but you can even walk down it to do the 1-2ft jump to psych yourself up! If you have good upper body strength simply put your arms parallel (elbows out) and push yourself up on the ledge closer to the base. You can swim further out to a triangle edge to this way up, there are easier footholds but thinner walking space once up. Otherwise it was insanely beautiful and lots of friendly people helping out and sharing information!! 🔥 Enjoy some of the b-roll and panoramic I got for your enjoyment :)

A must see if you're visiting Marquette. This is a beautiful rock formation on Presque Isle. Teens and adults can get a cool cliff-jumping experience by jumping off the cliff on the far side into the deep clear water below. For younger kids or people not looking to jump, you can go down any of the other sides instead, where there are a few smaller jumps in some places and the rocks gently slope into the water, allowing you to walk right in and swim. Walking on the rocks can be tricky and should only be done by those with okay balance, as it is very uneven going. Parking is the hardest part on a busy day. You will drive about halfway around Presque Isle and get to a little parking lot and a bunch of parking along the road for a ways. You may have to walk a little ways along the path if you end up parking along the road.

We had an amazing time at Black Rocks in Presque Isle Park! Cliff jumping into the crystal-clear waters of Lake Superior was an exhilarating experience. The adrenaline rush as you leap from the rocks into the cool, refreshing lake is simply unmatched. The natural beauty of the place is breathtaking. The rugged cliffs, the vibrant blue waters, and the surrounding greenery create a picturesque setting that feels like something out of a dream. It's a perfect spot for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike. Our visit to Black Rocks was truly unforgettable. The combination of thrill and beauty made it a highlight of our trip to Marquette. If you're looking for an extraordinary experience in a stunning location, Black Rocks at Presque Isle Park is a must-visit! https://youtu.be/IbAMx-YYdfI
