Fairland Regional Park — Attraction in Maryland

This park is very nice. Many downed trees were promptly cut up and removed a few weeks ago by park services. They really put a lot of time into maintaining Fairland Park. I have had 2 constant issues at the park: people walking their dogs without a leash dogs crapping on the paths and the owners not cleaning up the poop

I love this park. It's brought so much joy to my family being able to walk, hike & ride our bikes. Watching the duck & geese along with turtles has been fun too. Unfortunately, trash is now collecting in the pond affecting the wildlife. People letting their trash go, especially cans & bottles. A really nice park. I take the pooch and we explore the trails. My only feedback is that there are no pet waste stations or trash cans along the trails. I bring my own poop bags, but I don’t want to carry said poop for 3 miles. All other parks have pet waste stations. If you want the park to stay clean, have somewhere to deposit trash/poop bags.
