Bought our washer and dryer from Card's. We wanted to support local business and have a reliable repair person on call. We love the product but when our basement flooded our washer stopped working. We called the repair man who came out promptly and told us the washer was shot and there was no fixing it. We were charged $80 for him to come tell us this. My husband is in the military and was overseas leaving us without a washer until he could return home to double check the diagnosis. I ordered a Whirlpool front loading washing machine. I waited 2 months to get it in. When the delivery guys arrived it was a cheap top loader. It was completely the wrong one! The delivery guys stated they'd have the right one to me by the end of the day. I also called and spoke with the manager. He told me the owner would be calling me but was in court.
