Other reviews say this is dog friendly, but when we got here, there was a paper handwritten sign saying no dogs allowed. An older woman in the water chastised us and suggested taking the pups down the road to the boat dock but that has a much more official no dogs sign (plus it's not very safe there for dogs to swim). We wound up taking the dogs just off to the side of the beach to swim. It would be great if there was an official sign here letting me know if dogs are really welcome here or not.
