Bear Creek Park — Attraction in Meridian

Love the disc golf course open for winter season. tons of other couples out enjoying the nice weather playing a casual round or 2 of disc golf while letting the dogs and kids play. such a nice clean park, bathrooms well cared for, playground is perfect size and quiet even which is a lot of fun for the kids to get their energy out, and we even noticed people actually use the provided doggy bags which is definitely respectful to those of us enjoying the disc...

This is a smaller local community style of parks here in Meridian. They have a nice simple ball diamond with a small grandstand for people to sit and enjoy the game. They also have a water play area for the small tykes to get wet and cool down. This is a fairly new park with young trees and one day they will mature to give more shade. Our office had a lunch gathering here under the covered patio. Half the patio was being sprayed by the sprinklers so we weren't able to use all the tables. Maybe they should look at the schedule and set them for a time when the patio isn't being used. Everything was wet and we were forced to squeeze together.
