Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Meridian

Usually this location is incredible, even with a line around the curb drinks are made fast well and they have excellent customer service. My visit today disappointed me quite a bit. I asked for two of the exact same drinks in a small size and a third drink also in a small size. I was charged for a medium drink and one small drink. Accidents happen and I understood paid for my third drink without them fixing the error on their end and had them make it. The nice lady at the window handed me all three drinks while the medium poured all over the drink carrier and into one of the smaller drinks. I've been going to the same Dutch on the way to or from work for the last 2 and 1/2 years and all of the staff seems new. I've had worse experiences, and the morning crew here is great- but I wouldn't recommend heading...

Here's the thing about Dutch Bros, if you are looking for a quiet and calm experience getting coffee or an energy drink you have picked the wrong place. They are obviously set on being remembered and fun! Honestly not a bad thing! Some people will find it to be an awful time but hey, just close your window and do short answers. They are humans too, they will catch your drift.

That said I love this location, they are busy but they are great at busting through the line. Very memorable, very nice, and of course a bunch of kids most of the time. But hey, we were all there once, lets make sure to tip them well and have a fun time!

I go here several times a week and usually like this Dutch however ive had a not so great experiences w the people at the window. The girl at the window was in such a rush to hand me my drink that quiet a bit of spilled out onto the interior of my car and on my lap,which would be fine. However I asked for some paper towels to wipe it up and the girl working the window refused to give me some so I had to drive in the 95+ degree heat uncomfortable from sticky rebel all on my legs. I also had this happen once before too and the workers only gave us the used wash rag for the counters to wipe off with last time.
