Surf & Ski Water Sports Inc. — Attraction in Merritt Island

This place is awful. Would never recommend. Staff is unprofessional and rude. More than $700 for 4 hours boating after hidden fees and accusations from some kid they employed probably paid under the table. Accused of breaking the prop on the boat and they have no pictures of it before we left. We ran over absolutely nothing. 0 stars if I could. Rented the nicest boat they had and it had no radio system, was dinged up, prop was ALREADY chewed up which you can expect from a rental, boat was a POS. Staff was uneducated as all get out. Stay away from this trailer park trash setup they call a boat rental business save your self the headache. If they think you can afford a new prop on there boat, they will charge you for it. Unreal

Edit* Responding to your response. The extra people on the boat has nothing to do with you charging me for a prop I did not damage. Unfortunately, you guys did not take pictures of your chewed up propeller before i went out . Big mistake!! You guys do it that way for a reason. I’m not the only review on here confused about a prop charge. Shady business doesn’t prevail for long. Rude staff doesn’t help either. Your team member stopped our boat before we hit anything and he knows that. Also, very unprofessional asking me what I make ! Did that have something to do with the prop charge ? :( Do it the right way or don’t do it at all. Provide pictures of my propeller before I went out and after I went out, or you can only expect someone to leave this...

Namaste to the owner I got your message, I didn't want to bother you at your job. I have noticed that the jet skis are no longer coming anywhere near my ⛵, I appreciate you paying attention to your business and checking your reviews again thank you for understanding my peace of mind and my meditation is very important to me and when it's disrupted well let's just say it's not a good thing for anybody, lol. My cameras and my dog do appreciate that any of your vehicles are coming anywhere near my boat ⛵. You did mention that there are other jet skis and boats I am fully aware of who is around me and I know each one of your machines every time it was your customers but thank you again for understanding THANK YOU for a business owner that pays attention, everybody

HE'S A GENUINE GOOD...

Justin and Mike were awesome! We had pulled over to see the dolphins right in front of their docks and they came out and were talking to us we weren’t even using their services and they were Very helpful. We decided to go back and rent the pontoon a few days later. Again Justin and Mike were so amazing. They gave all the info we needed and a quick tutorial of operating the boat. They made sure us mommas (my sister & I) were very comfortable with everything and made sure all the kids had proper Fitting life jackets. They even helped us get everything loaded and unloaded on our boat which was super helpful as we had small children with us! They were quick, Efficient, affordable and very helpful! Customer service at its finest! Way to go guys. Thanks for everything you did to make our family...
