Miami Sandbar Boat & Jet Ski Rentals — Attraction in Miami Beach

I contacted Eddie about 2 weeks prior to us arriving in Port Miami on a Royal Caribbean cruise about renting 3 jet ski’s for 3 couples. He was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and provided all of the information we would need to meet up with him and his crew for an hour out on the water. Once we arrived we were greeted by Eddie and his crew and hopped on a pontoon boat for a quick 5 minute boat ride to where the jet ski’s were docked. We were given the option of free riding for an hour or splitting the time between free riding and taking a tour of some of the more extravagant homes of Miami. We opted for the latter and were guided to an area that we could enjoy by ourselves and later followed the tour guide through the amazing waterways and homes. Great captain and cool company. Prompt pickup and good music for our group. I only have one issue. I originally found the company on Groupon but contacted them directly to make sure the date was available. They were and I paid my $100 deposit that day. I was originally quoted $700 for 4hrs and 1 jet ski. A few days before they called me and let me know the net ski wasn’t available, but I could still get the boat for $450. Ok, no biggie. What I didn’t appreciate was once we got to the boat they said the total was actually $550. Mind you I already paid the deposit and the website has the price posted at $450. Not sure if they do that to ensure a tip or maybe it was a Covid “cost cushion”. Either way I had a ball and would rent from them again. But please get on one accord with pricing.Thank...

Be aware of FRAUD from livingsocial and "Alex". I bought a voucher from livingsocial for $15.00. The voucher indicates that tax and gratuity are not included. Well gratuity is always optional. Once I called "Alex" from South Beach Jet Ski Tours, he indicated that the fee DOES NOT include gas, insurance, tax etc for an additional $90. This was not advertised and is a fraudulent practice by living social and South Beach Jet Skit tours. My voucher is devoid of this disclosure. BE AWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS.
