Subway — Restaurant in Miami Beach

I recently visited this Subway location and had a truly disappointing experience. The service was horrendous — the staff member was extremely rude, even in front of other customers, and it was so bad that even her own coworker seemed annoyed by her attitude. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Subway. I ordered from the Subway website and even had screenshots of my order ready to show. When I tried to explain my order, the staff member ignored me and just walked away. It got to the point where I had to ask her, “Are you even making my order? I sent a friend to buy a tuna sub, 4 blocks from my office at 41st street in Miami Beach, I gave her $10 and they gave her back only $4 !!!! Unfortunately she didn't count the change at that moment, and she walked 4 blocks back to our office. The sub should be $4,75 . (that's what they told her) It had almost not tuna at all, was not toasted is I order . They kept $1,25 I don't understand why?.!!! I will not get anything else from there, Not recommend it! $6 for just a small tuna sandwich =( No combo, No soda...

The worst subway I've ever been to. Service was exceptionally slow, could have died in line because of the two geriatrics's working couldn't perform there duties at all. Stopping in the middle of orders to eat is bullshit. No organization and they don't know how to ring anything up... 4 subs for 6$ but I get two 6inch subs for 18$? This place should truly be shut down until they can find actual sand which artists. Fast food is suppose to be a fast pace....
