This is by far the WORST store ever!!!! Within a 2 year period I have ordered twice from this store and I wished I learned from this first time. When I first ordered from this store I ordered a living set and a dining set. When they delivered these sets they didn't even come with everything and didn't mentiom it until after unloading!!! Like seriously!! Then I had to keep calling to see when they were going to deliever the remaining items. The second time I ordered from them I ordered my daughter's bedroom and a set of couches. I can honestly say how extremely upset I was! On delivery day they called at noon (4 hours) before delievering to say the bed was broken đđ. Then I said ok deliver what you have. When they came one of the lamps weren't steady and the failing was dirty!!! So I sent them back. And of course I had to keep calling to see when they were going to deliever everything else after a few days! Then they showed up at my house without calling one day and left a note saying they came and I wasnt home! I called back and asked hey can they come back because no one told me they were coming. The lady lied and said they were coming and never came!!! I called the next day and they delievered everything but the lamp. So when I went to the store to change and pick up both lamps they said they had to order the one Inwanted originally. Weeks gone by and I called to check on the lamp and they kept saying it hasnt arrived and come to find out it was never ordered. Carol the manager called me and told me to come and bring the lamp back and order the one i wanted (2nd time now) and of course i get a nasty attitude and then a whole month later of me calling every week to hear the same thing it hasnt arrived!!! Then i went to the store and they said it was on back order!!!! How do you not tell me that all those times I called. So I called Carol again and yet of course very unhelpful!!! Still have no lamps, yet they have nasty attitudes and I should of been treated like a loyal customer since I bought nearly a WHOLE house from them!.    Read moreIf I could rate this store with zero stars I would great sales rep but horrible with delivery an customer service super unprofessional and disorganized I placed a large order with everything in stock with a set delivery date for a Monday once Monday can Around and called customer service to find out the time of my delivery I was told after 4 then 5 oâclock came around an nothing so I call the store to find out whatâs going on and the rep calls the driver an says heâs on his way that anytime from 6 to 8 they will make the delivery 8pm came around an never heard from any delivery. Tuesday can Around I call at 10:30am to find out about the delivery why it didnât happen they didnât give me a reason they just said if there was someone at home to make the delivery an I said everyone went to work as I had gotten Monday off to receive the furniture an no one shows up or called me. So I explained that to her an I told her it had to be after 5pm so then she told me ok 7pm came around havenât heard from no one or nothing so I decided to show up at the store an make a scene because itâs ridiculous already that I paid for a delivery an with a Set day an nothing. They told me the delivery would made in 20 minutes when I was at the store 40 minutes went by an nothing.    Read moreWorst place to go buy furniture. I purchased a brand new living room set and was promised a next day delivery. When the delivery came in, the sofa and loveseat weren't in their manufacturer cardboard packaging. They were visibly worn-out, filthy dirty, broken, and wrapped with shrink wrap. The drivers even believed and asked if we purchased a floor sample by the looks of said furniture.
The store then provided me with another delivery date for which I had to wait another week. This time around, the furniture arrived in its original packaging but the loveseat was heavily damaged (leather was ripped).
The store has been giving me the run around since. They are unwilling to deliver a new loveseat to replace the damage one and are claiming they are waiting on the "manufacturer" response. That is not my problem. I purchased from Lyn's and not direct from the manufacturer, therefore, they have to send me the new furniture I paid for and deal with their warranty situation later with the damaged furniture in their possession.
Finally, after lots of back and forth, another loveseat arrived and it has Manufacturer damages and defects as well. I'm done dealing with these people.
It isn't my fault the furniture is damaged. I would never use...
