The owner is very rude and his wife too. I came in to ask for a product exchange that I had purchased for my wedding and the owner was very disrespectful, after telling him that the lady who assisted us last time was rude as well, he went ahead and handed back my stuff and said he could not help us. I have made purchases from this place for my own business for parties and have never been treated this way. I will advised my customers and fellow colleagues that I will no longer purchase anymore from ODESSY. Very unprofessional and I will never again recommend this place to anyone! They lost a lot...

They have everything..except scruples. The staff doesn't understand that if a customer selects an item, it has a price sticker on it, then that is the cost. About 10 or 12 of the items had stickers. However, when asked for cases of the item, the staff person brings out boxes..with HIGHER price sticker. Instead of letting us have at lower price, they wouldn't budge. In this country, most stores would honor the lower price in keeping with good customer service. So we DIDN'T buy & they'd rather lose 6 customers. Be careful when you shop there..no refunds, no returns, no exchanges...etc. We...
