Virginia Key Beach North Point Park — Attraction in Miami

On Sunday, December 22nd, we visited the park, a truly beautiful place where we enjoyed a lovely day with friends. We were a group of about 15 people, respecting nature and leaving everything clean. Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the behavior of the on-duty officer.

Despite the park’s closing time being 5:30 PM, we were repeatedly harassed and treated rudely starting from 4:00 PM. The officer asked us to leave and followed us to our cars, forcing us out by 5:00 PM.

It is very disappointing that such a wonderful place is managed with such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward visitors. We hope the park will be entrusted to kinder and more welcoming staff, as it truly deserves to be enjoyed to its...

Park is amazing.. but the police officers always harassing people since 4:00 PM & the park closes at 5:30. This not new. The gate will always have a line due to only one person working at the pay fee entrance stand....
