A very hot, but fun filled day at Tree to Tree Adventure Park. Believe it or not, this adventure started back in the Summer of 2019. We started the adventure park and passing storms ( thunder and lightning) closed the park down until the storm safely passed. Unfortunately, out schedule at the time did not allow us to finish the course. Not sure who we talked to back in 2019, but they allowed us to return when we were back in the area and saved it under my name. When back in the area in 2020, at the height of the Pandemic, a storm had created havoc and they were temporarily closed during our stay. Fast forward to 2021, I called this morning to see the if we can finish what we started back in 2019 and we were welcomed with open arms as if we left yesterday. Khiam who was our 1st point of contact dug through the records and saw we were in fact rained out back in 2019. After a brief hold, he confirmed our original reservation was good at booked us for a 1:30 appointment. Tom, who I believe was one of the managers, was very accommodating, and was the one who allowed us to return. We checked in and finished were we left off in no time. After a quick refresher, we were back in the trees. On this particular day, it was brutally hot, in the low 90's. To our surprise, the had bottled water for us to keep us hydrated. Throughout the park, the staff members were all awesome ( Tom, Kahiami, Sam, Keanni, Brianna, Jenna, Alex, Nick, and Bobby) Despite the heat, they did an amazing job at making sure customers like myself and my daughter had an enjoyable experience. Clearly the heat was taking a toll on them, but they did what had to be done to make sure everyone had a good and even more important, a safe time. The Tree to Tree Adventue Park is a fun filled activity to do while in the Cape May area. Many parents chose to watch from the ground while others challenged themselves on the course. It does wipe you out, especially on a hot day. My daughter took the ultimate challenge and safetly made it through the red challenge course, while I observed from below. Ended the course with the zip lines. A huge thanks to the staff for a fun filled afternoon and letting us compete what was started two years ago. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars on an overall great experience. Will definitely be back again..

This was one of the coolest things I’ve done in life. I went alone and was hoping to challenge my mind and body and feel the greatness of overcoming those challenges… and I did! I did the ropes course and zip line course. I added on the red challenge course too. Everything was wonderful!! It was worth the cost for the amount of obstacles you do. I’m also glad that the price was affordable too. I never looked into doing it before because I thought it’d be $100 or more and couldn’t ever pay quite that much. If the prices remain the same, I’ll definitely try to come back next summer and bring my family too! I’d especially love to see my mom challenge herself at this, and my daughter on the kids course who will then be 7. The obstacles varied in challenge but the trickiest were obviously on the red course (well there was one on the regular course too). It was so fun! I almost fell when I first stepped onto this long skinny log with robes on each end. Apparently lots of people fall there! The scariest thing was the Tarzan rope swing to a rope net climb. I was fine with everything else, but took about 20-30 seconds probably at that one to pep myself up enough to take that first step off the platform! Oh boy! Once you do it though, it supports you so well and feels just fine! I highly recommend checking them out! Have fun!! Pic showing some of the red course including the Tarzan swing/rope net!

Absolutely zero complaints about this place. The staff is wonderful. I went on a school trip, and I'm pretty certain the staff that day dealt with a lot more than they wanted to, so I have A LOT of respect for that. They all made sure everyone was safe and went over the guidelines to the equipment very thoroughly, ensuring safety for everybody. As for the courses itself, as I only got to do like two because another student was a weenie and took a solid 45 minutes on two of them alone, they (seemed) challenging but enjoyable. The two I was able to get on before I lost patience with this kid weren't very easy, and I liked that. The zip lining part was straight and simple, ride in the air. I loved the entire trip, and the faculty was amazing and accommodated everyone. Only thing I didn't love was this kid. Almost month later and I'm still salty I couldn't get on the entire challenge course... Photos are myself in the equipment to get an idea of what it looks like, other photo is the zip line itself.

I came with a group of friends and was incredibly disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism displayed by the staff members present. It was very hot and my friend was about to faint from the heat midway through one of the courses. I called for help to see if someone could toss a bottle of water up to us. The staff members were more interested in talking amongst themselves and shouted over to us from about 50 yards away that "we could get down and get water when we were finished". I helped my friend through the remainder of the course and got us down where the staff members, still standing quite a ways away, simply pointed in a direction for us to go back to the beginning where my friend could sit down and get some water. I came to find out there was only one water bottle filling station, it was not cold, and there were no cups. It took about 10 minutes of running around trying to help my friend and find a water bottle to fill before I was asked if we were okay. At which point I STILL had to ask specifically if they had a bottle of cold water. To whomever is in charge here:

  1. I recommend you install more water stations throughout your course. Even orange refillable water coolers would suffice. Have paper cups nearby for those that need them.
  2. Provide a course map and have your staff walk through it with patrons so that people are aware of what lies ahead on each course. It was incredibly stressful trying to help my already panicking friend through the rest of the course when I couldn't tell how much further we had left to go.
  3. Train your staff to be helpful and professional, outside of their pre-scripted safety speeches, even in emergency situations. Not one person present seemed to be capable or interested in assisting someone with clear heat exhaustion on the edge of a panic attack.
  4. Ensure you have AT LEAST one experienced employee over the age of 20 present at all times. I, as a perfectly capable 30 year old woman who has taught and participated in many types of climbing and high ropes courses for years in the past, did not feel like I was in good hands. We were scoffed at for wanting to wear helmets. Your safety instructor admitted they did not know what a carabiner was until a few weeks prior. Your staff was more interested in making jokes and talking amongst themselves than ensuring the safety and enjoyment of your customers.
  5. Reexamine basic climbing safety regulations. I was shocked that the carabiners for the ziplines didn't have any locks. I'm not even sure they were rated for climbing. I was shocked that we were instructed to place our hands inside this unlocked and not lockable carabiner, very close to the zipline carriage, as we zipped, putting us at risk of injury. I was shocked that your staff explicitly stated zipline carriages were permitted to fall off the course, be retrieved, and continue to be used without re-inspection. The course itself was fine and the price was reasonable, but due to the negative experience with your unprepared staff I will not be coming back nor recommending your ...

I did the ropes course with my 7 year old son. The pros were that the course has interesting technical elements. The cons for us were related to the short training before entering the real course. I had to request a helmet a few times for my son, and I do not think he was ready after a short video and rushed training to enter the course by himself, so I signed myself to do the course as well. During the training the staff seemed very distracted, talking to each other about various things and not having full attention on the kids trying to learn the course. This also led into the main course with the staff member on the ground. They should be fully focused on the child in the course and not taking to anyone else. A friend and their child did the older kids’ course and their child told me that the staff member on the ground barely talked and looked at his phone most of the time.

There are a few things that I think the management should consider for safety and enjoyment of the course. The equipment is heavy for younger kids to tote around up in the trees. It’s a lot of heavy parts and challenging them with switching out various clips on a small platform, after a very short training, is not the best course of action. There should be more people in the platform areas to assist in case a child is nervous. Perhaps the platforms should be larger for this purpose? Also, there is not an area in the safety waiver to tell the company about a person’s health issues. There were plenty of staff members present to have more of them assisting on the course where it’s needed most.

We live close to Treehouse World in Pennsylvania and the ropes course and zip lines all have an assistant on platforms to ensure that equipment is being safely used.

In general we felt rushed at the wrong times to be rushed, and not very safe throughout. I have experience rock climbing and with ropes courses in the past, and I was surprised at the lack of attention to the aforementioned...
