Emerson Park is a delightful staple of Midland. The entire stretch of park that runs along the river from the Currie Bridge to down near the Bradley House is one of the best spots in town. Great for sightseeing on the river, access to the Rail Trail, all-season outdoor hockey rink and plenty of pavilions and play structures. Love EP.

Such a lovely place. I know a lot of folks come here for the baseball. My primary usage is as my starting point for biking on the rail trail. Easy access to portajohns. The hockey rink is cool. Today, I just walked my dog to a shady spot by the river. We sat and relaxed for a bit.

We have our family reunion there every year in July. It's an amazing park. It's always clean. You can find music and eastern markets and more ! Great job !

We rented Shelter D for an impromptu family reunion. All of a sudden we had several family members from out of town and we needed somewhere big enough to accommodate our large group on short notice. This place was perfect. We were right by the very clean bathrooms. (my 18 year old daughter even called them cute!) We were also surrounded by playground equipment which was perfect for our wide range of kiddos! The pavilion was very large and loaded with plenty of picnic tables to comfortably spread out and even play games! There were 2 large size, easy to use grills which made preparing our food fast and easy. There were 2 large garbage containers as well. All in all, it was a fantastic experience for everyone! We would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely use it again ourselves! Thank you to the staff who made...

What a great place for the family. Hit a few fingers with the kids at one of the ball parks. Let the chilren play as you sit on a bench and watch them. With very well kept bathrooms, clean soft grass.

With all these great amenities that every family looks for. Emerson park has a great view of curry golf course, that's separated by the natural moat created by the tittabawassee river. Leaving room for more than just land like activities found in more...

Been going here since I was a little girl. I will be 55 this year. We still go! It's still a beautiful park even after all these years. My daughter in law now uses it to host our grandsons birthday in August. Plenty of playground equipment for the kiddos to play on. Tons of space for kiddos to run and play. Bathroom facilities are clean and in working order. The park is clean. Plenty of pick nick tables and pavilions. I always highly recommend...
