
The playground is absolutely amazing! The ground is made of this bouncy rubber material so if a kid falls the likelihood of an injury is so much less. The playground is innovative and has equipment I've never even seen. I've been to many parks with my kids but never seen equipment like this. The kids had a blast and played for hours without getting bored.
I do have a few complaints though. There aren't nearly enough accessible BBQs or picnic tables. The beach was practically mud and the water was filled with algae and seaweed. The kids didn't even want to get in. Luckily we were able to find an area of the lake that was a bit clearer. Also the bathrooms were locked when we first got there. That was at 2pm in the afternoon. But what isn't mentioned online is after paying $10 to get into the park, you also have to pay to use the splash-pad. And it's not cheep! Anyone over 30 inches it's $6! My 2 year old is 32 inches.
