Prime Time Meats — Attraction in Milford Township

This used to be the greatest place! I make my own bacon, and I always ordered a whole pork belly (11 lbs) from them. It was beautiful, thick and meaty. The last time I called to order, they told me that they were now selling it in 5 lb frozen pieces. I was fine with that, and asked for two of them. One was fine. The other looked odd to me. I told the butcher that it looked wrong, there was skin on both sides. He told me that it was just a flap of skin that was folded over, and that I would be happy with it once it was thawed. He conned me. When it was thawed out, it was almost all skin! It wasn't a piece of skin folded on top, instead it was an entire belly of a runt or something. Most of it was less than 1/2" thick! By the time you smoked it and cut off the skin, it would be less than 1/4" thick. Not my idea of bacon! If they had accidentally just sold me a 6 lb bag of skin, it would be one thing, but that butcher was dishonest. I ended up throwing the entire 6 lb bag of skin in the trash. The perfect place for quality produce. Outstanding customer service and mouth watering selections for all customers. If you want something simple as a quick lunch of a salad (their mac salad is the only one I eat and I have traveled word wine aside my own) and a deli sub; this is the place to splurge. It's always a good time for prime time!!!! Kenny and the crew really know how to get it done. I have never ever ever had a bad experience here. Everything they have is excellent . I could write a book on all the goodies in store for you here. Deli is great. Prepared ready meals are great. Check out the frozen case. Excellent value on bulk bagged veggies, fries,tenders, sausages and on and on. Great for family bugets. All the meats and top notch!! You must try their bacon. Marinated Broils. Smoked chops.
