Lake Milton State Park Marina — Attraction in Milton Township

Very nice picnic area with play ground equipment, volley ball courts, restrooms with running water. Navigation and noise are issues. Located next to marina, there is ZERO signage to find this area. NAVIGATION: There is no continuous signage from the central Park Office. The only sign for the Marina and Harry Meshel (that's park-talk for the picnic area) sends you north on NE River Road. Drive 2.5 miles and the road ends. Zip. Nothing. Backtrack 2 miles. No signage, but take cross-street Milton Ave westward and find entrance to Marina. NOISE: Lake views are fabulous, but there's a constant thump-thump from the I-76 bridge traffic just 1/10 mile away. Span sections are not height matched; trucks set off noise and vibrations. Rented a standard pontoon 7/5/25 Although it’s considered “standard” this boat needs some serious attention. Absolutely nothing worked in the boat. The motor ran fine but considering the fuel gauge, speedometer, radio, horn and everything else on the dash didn’t work, definitely should be serviced before renting out a faulty boat. First it took them an hour to get us on our boat. Then after we rented it, without a test, because they didn’t have any, we had to bring it back because we didn’t have any rope to dock it. Once we got back they told us that we weren’t allowed to dock their boats anywhere. So when we asked for our money back they would only give us half.
