Fishing, boating, pavilions, trashcans, public port-a-potties, swimming. Nice little spot. Be aware of Gators!! They are around! Do Not let your little ones go near any of the water, w/o you being right there. Alligators are always hanging around!! New info: I've noticed a lot of kids throwing food at the gators, unattended. Adults need to understand that your kids are the perfect snack size for a gator. Even a 3ft. Gator can pull your 12yr old child in the water! The park is beautiful. Nice and clean. I disliked it because of the amount of feral cats. They were actively hunting the wildlife while I sat and had my lunch. I wouldnt let my kids play there nor let my wife sit there because of the amount of cats and the chances of ringworm and toxoplasmosis. I imagine there would be more song birds, squirrels and maybe a rabbit or two if there wern't so many cats there. Get rid of the cats and it would be...

Beautiful Park! I brought my wife for a Valentine's Day Picnic!(02/14/2023) It was quiet. The wind was blowing, and the calm current of the river was relaxing. I did jump in the water to test it and I will say it is cold but refreshing! The park is always clean and maintained accept for graffiti on one of the pavilions. All in All...... Great Spot For A Day Out!
