Brown Bagger Food Truck — Restaurant in Milton

Love the name of the place. I drove past this place many times and thought about trying it. Finally suggested it as a date idea with the wife. I arrived at the establishment, which is located in an adorable spot that also has a bar in a retro gas station (they no longer have gas here, but they serving up the heat with this food).

I ordered the bacon gouda burger, 6 chicken tenders in garlic parm sauce and the truffle fries. At first the chicken tenders seemed small, but nah, they got flavor -- very juicy and not a lot of breading, pretty ideal in my mind. The burger is probably the best around very solid.

Needless to say, we're hooked and will be back to the place. Will edit review as I try more at this place.

But for now, to sum it up, goos things come in a brown paper bag, and this place doesn't need to try and get you with gimmicks of shiny wrapped things, cause the food...

My indecisiveness finally paid off. Driving home, couldn't decide where to eat, none of the restaurants sounded good but I'd just driven past my options. I've seen the Brown Bagger before but had never stopped. Tonight was the night. The atmosphere at the streetside bar was really cool, the food truck was busy. Ordered a couple of wagyu smash burgers and fries. I probably waited in the neighborhood of 15-20 minutes, but at the rate they were pumping out orders that was impressive. The food was the best part, fries were still good and crispy after a 10 minute drive home. Burgers were made correctly and were the exact thing I didn't know I wanted tonight.
