I was a couple hours early for a Brewers game and I searched nearby points of interest. This turned out to be an easy way to kill time. At first, I thought I had made a mistake it appeared a bit dingy and dirty... But, as I walked the trails I started to see the beauty in the park. There were many people enjoying the picnic areas and families fishing and just hanging out. There also looked to be restrooms, benches, and other small amenities.

Stayed at greenfield at 2 miles distance from this park. Visited this park every evening from March 2017 till August 2017. This park has it all, the pond, the trails , benches for picnics, the rest areas, 4th July fireworks....we njoyed every moment we spend here! Also a very good place for photography!!!! A must go for family and couples. Can bike , grill and celebrate here ( by reserving picnics ares )

Centrally located on the south side of Milwaukee, Jackson park offers everything you could want in a park except a golf course. There are paths that travel all over the park. The park itself is heavily wooded with a very dense section splitting the center of the park. A large lagoon with two islands is near the northern end of the park. (Occasionally there are paddle boats for rent.) There are three pavilions (one is open air) that can be rented for weddings, meetings, etc. There are baseball diamonds, multiple soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, volley ball areas and a play area for children. Near the large pool is a free standing exercise machine. There is no parking area so all parking is done on the streets that enclose the park or the single road that crosses the park. There are summer concerts held in the park and it is always available for a bike ride, a good jog or just...

Now this is one of my best parts Jackson part I don't know live shows that the Lord allows me to do I love this part more than anything else I love being out there in the fog Jackson our love and I love to preach the gospel that all men women children with no the Salvation only comes to believe in the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and Jackson Park has a lot to offer and I see a lot of different minorities from different walks of life different background there and if so friendly and it's so easy to talk to a man in...

Had a company picnic with hundreds of people. The grass wasn't cut for weeks. There were dead trees that where fall risks, large branches on the ground. The picnic tables were giant splitter generators.

The whole time the park ranger sat in their truck looking for reasons to write tickets for our group. We got a few warnings on how we loaded and unloaded catering equipment and sound systems.

It's clear the park is not being funded and is a source of generating revenue for remaining staff via...
