Jackson Park Pond — Local services in Milwaukee

Wish there wasn't so much garbage in the pond. I recently got in to fishing and its hard enough as it is looking for places to fish for some Bass and this park is ok but its like this in every pond here on the south side. Wilson park had the same issue garbage and even seen one of them scooters in the wilson pond. Jackson is a nice park its just i wish there was cleaner ponds...

Pond is green and scummy. DNR/Milwaukee county parks coukd easy divert water from nearby Kinickinic river adding fresh water to this pond. Lilly pads and other aquatic plants would.do this pond good. Pond has a spill way on S.E. side , connecting it back to to Kinickinic river. So the river diversion would be beneficial and have minimal impact on...

Great place meet friends while walking to the men's rooms Northside of parkway while visiting the bathroom! It's usually closed but there's many different types of friends waiting outside all around this area of this usually closed bathroom!
