El Jimador Mexican Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I have been a loyal customer for a very, very long time and I am very disappointed in the service I received this time around. They have great food and my team and I order from them often! My team ordered food to go... when they came back with my order, I looked in my container and couldn't believe what I saw. I always order a side of beans and they are delicious but this time, there was so much grease on the beans that they started to clump together and looked like dog food. I was so upset so I took them back and the waitress gave me a hard time and had an attitude about why I came to return them. She didn't apologize, nor offer to make another order and continued to complain about me making a big deal about how I felt my food should and shouldn't be presented, even though when I showed her the food, and asked if she herself would eat something like this, she shrugged and had nothing to say. Left St. Luke's starving, the client I was with said he wanted to have Mexican food and we happen to see the El Jimador Restaurant and quickly turned into the alley, parking is in back. We were a little skeptical before entering, it's a small building which looks like it might have been a house converted into a restaurant. Anyway, I judge a Mexican restaurant by how good the rice and beans are, because if you don't have good rice and beans then you have no right running a Mexican restaurant. Have been going here for years and have had no problems. The food is still great BUT the service has go e way downhill! Today, 9/19/19, I had tacos and after receiving my order I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get waitress' attention to ask for some silverware and napkins.
