Paradise Arcade Shop — Attraction in Minneapolis

Very bad service, I bought a magenta joystick with a cost of 120 dollars, it turned out that I connected it and it never worked, I contacted the paradise Arcade Shop team and they asked me for photos of the equipment in poor condition, I sent them photos and videos that the team did not work, it is worth mentioning that I have bought several products from this page, they concluded sending me a new PCV and then they did not contact me again, I made several claims about when they would send the PCV and they asked me again that I put the joystick on my controller and send them more photos. Bought some controller parts. Half were faulty. Asked for a refund or replacement and they pretty much told me to kick rocks and fix them myself.

Edit: Then I'll quote verbatim the response I got for the sake of accuracy: "Sorry for the issue with the buttons that you received. Mostly, an issue like this can fix by simply disassembling and reassembling the button." But this begs the question: why is the onus on the buyer to fix a faulty product? I expect a working product, so why should I not be given the immediate option...

Absolutly great service shipping wise. Products get from MN to chicago within 2-3 days and in perfect packaging. Their customer service is top notch as well. 2 complaints i do have is that the website only shows you whats sold out when you click on the product itself rather than while in grid view. And stock can be scarce but because of covid i cant put the blame on anyone. Other than that its easily the best place to order and pick up parts for Fightsticks.
