DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS, AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT COMMUNICATION, OR HOW TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
I purchased a Husqvarna weedeater from Lowes. 1st mistake! I get it home, and it doesn't work, won't spin the shaft. Well, because it's BRAND NEW, I figured I'd take it in for a warranty repair. I search the web, go to Husqvarna's website, and find a warranty center. AWESOME, THERE'S ONE IN MINOT, ND!!! I call them, and here's where the hell began!! Needless to say, I'm told that I would have had to purchase the piece of equipment THROUGH Acme Tools, in order to get warranty repair. SAY WHAT!?!?!?
OK, so, I call another place, and end up calling Husqvarna themselves. They tell me that they'll resolve the issue. Wow, cool beans, this is going to work out well!! Yeah, that was my 2nd mistake!!
I spend 45 minutes on the phone with BEN, a manager at the Acme Tools location in Minot. He tells me that they are trying to get themselves OFF Husqvarna's website as a warranty repair center, because Husqvarna doesn't pay them, blah blah blah. After the conversation, he agrees to FIX my product, and submit the repair order to Husqvarna to try and get paid. OK, GREAT!! He takes my number down, and my name, as well as my wife's name, and I tell him that she'll be in the VERY NEXT DAY!!!
Well, here I am, with a busted weedeater, and now I have the General Manager, RICK, hang up on me, after REFUSING to let the weedeater in the store, my wife carrying it by the way. If you're going to run a business this way, RICK, I, as well as ANYONE I meet and talk to, will NOT go to your store, or ANY Acme Tools...
Read moreRented a weed trimmer to do approx 200 sq ft of grass. Dealt with Al- nice guy- he said, "If you get it back quick I will give you a bit of a discount". Asked if it was full of string and fuel, told it was. Go to my daughter's, get half done- no string. Went all the way back, got string- went back to finish- got done. Returned to acme within 2 hours- different guy behind counter- said no discount- I explained what Al had said and this guy was the rental supervisor who likes to flex his muscle- no discount. I replied that I would not return the item and asked when it was due- it will go back tomorrow. As if I am going to let them get another day rental off of it by returning it early.

Very disorganized and the only update call you'll get is when they say they've had the parts for 2 weeks are able to get to it a week and half later(I had to call them for this info on multiple days is why i got this info) after that only to call you a few days later saying somebody didn't check the inventory and their still missing the part but hey they located it and it's in the same state so maybe after another week and half it might be fixed. This isn't the only time ordered belts for a plate packer that were supposed to ship there and call me when they arrived for pickup only for them to show up months later at my company's office. On another occasion took a core machine to get fixed that I was told they fixed there by the service desk and when I called the next week to see how things are going, how far out are the parts they tell me they had to ship it out cause they don't work on them there.
