Nite Train Pizza — Restaurant in Minot

My husband and myself were in Minot for Thanksgiving visiting family. We always make a stop at Nite Train Pizza for their calzones.(which are amazing and if you haven't tried one it is a must!!) So today was the day we went on our lunch date. Walking in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. We decided for the first time to get our own 8" pizza. My husband got pepperoni with pizza sauce and I got bacon bits and mushrooms with alfredo sauce. It didn't take to long for us to get our pizza. They bring you out your food and omg, We weren't disappointed! Best pizza We have ever had! Everything was balanced perfectly. I used to love your pizza and calzones. But tonight very disappointing…Pizza and calzone came on time. Delivery guy was a great guy very nice. Gave him a generous tip. But pizza was very cold and I didn’t receive the ranch that I SPECIFICALLY ordered extra of, for my “Hawaiian” calzone. So I called and asked for the manager…very disorganized group. Never was connected to the manager and when I asked for their name the operator said he was the manager but would not disclose the information I asked for. Not the worst we’ve ever had but nothing to write home about either. We were charged $6 more than we felt we should have been and there was no breakdown on the receipt, so that was frustrating. We didn’t end up getting the salad because it was overpriced for a handful of iceberg lettuce and some tomatoes. The breadsticks were a good deal but it’s just baked dough, there is 0 flavoring put on them. The pizza was just okay, nothing special but the kids seemed to like it.
