So, I was hungry. Craving Ramen and fried rice. For a small place in Minot, it was beautiful and easy on the eyes inside.
Food: So had Ramen before in CA. Which is what I had to compare too. So, I asked the waiter for his suggestion. Pork belly, with tonkastu broth, fish cake, bean sprout, onions. I ordered medium even though he said spicy. It was well balanced. It is an OK portion size. Wasn't offered seconds, which was rare. I have to try the other noodles later.
Beef Fried rice was OK for a ramen shop. But I mean...it a ramen shop, haha. Come for the ramen!!! Didn't expect 2 beef sliders, haha. I can see this being a friendly place for children when it c9mes to taste buds and first intro to the cuisine genre.
Self served utensils.
Atmosphere: good low light cheap date night. Probably good place to drink too. Music is subtle piano. Whimsical.
