The Great Outdoors — Attraction in Morristown

I hate to give 3 stars because what I bought is amazing. I went in this past February to look at their selection of snowboards. There was hardly anything there. Luckily, I was able to find a RIDE snowboard complete with snowboard bindings for a really good price. Now the bad. The store is really cramped. It's very small and a little bit disorganized. The staff completely ignored me when I entered the store. I was looking at them for a greeting, but they just kept talking to themselves. After selecting my snowboard I brought it up to the counter. The lady just kept talking to the other guy and didn't say a word to me. I thought that was very rude. I'd give this place 2 stars, but the board is awesome. You can come check this place out, but be aware the staff isn't friendly. but you might find a good deal. IF you want friendly staff, go to Power...

I want to thank the folks at The Great Outdoors! I bought a pair of really nice Tubbs snowshoes last year, and the first day this I wore them this year the webbing tore. I brought them back, and the owner called me the next day and told me to even though he hadn’t squared things up with Tubbs, I should come down and he’d give me a brand new pair! Great...
