Oscar Flower’s & Gift Shop — Attraction in Mount Rainier

Worse customer service ever. As most of the reviews have mentioned the space is super crowded and unhygienic. However that was not our main issue. My fiancé went in there with her mom to look for flower girls dresses and weeding items. The lady wrote things down in a piece of paper. Every time the parents of the flowers girls came over they could not locate what we had order, they had to wait a long time to be assisted, and since they could not find the paper the parents were unable to see what they were ordering. They simply said we can’t find the order, we’ll take your measurements and add it to it when we find it. Just trust us. My fiancé and I went over to see what was going on and they had a messed of papers. No organization whatsoever. They kept on moving papers from side to side trying to find our order. They finally said the owner of the store must have it but she is not here. We’ll call you when she gets here. Get get in contact with the owner and expressed our concern, disappointment, and dissatisfaction and she just simple told me that I need to understand that they were busy and that I needed to be patient. She then said that if I did not like it I could just cancel my order and find someone else.
