They are working on the septic field or something here, so no water or bathrooms available, but it looks like they will be back in the near future. And they look like they'd be very nice.
Parking is very nice and will also improve when the construction equipment is gone. This is still a great place to come. Both the upper and lower viewing decks at Miners Castle Point--which you can quickly reach from this trailhead-- are very nice. Very interesting sign boards about the geology and the changes in the dramatic Miners Castle Rock formations.
Definitely worth a stop if you're not going to see the Pictures Rocks...
