The PC Landing Zone — Attraction in Muskogee

I'm only giving this store 4 stars because of the length of time they had my phone. Dropped it off on a Saturday, was told that parts should arrive Monday and phone should be ready by Tuesday. I called Tuesday, and they said screen should be in by Wednesday, and I should be able to pick up then at end of the day. Long story short I got my repaired S10+ right before closing time Thursday after they called an said it was ready.

Phone looks great, new screen works great, and their prices were right on par with repair shops in Tulsa. Guys at the shop were super friendly, and not rude at all. As a matter of fact, a customer ahead of me was verbally abusive towards a worker, because his phone parts hadnt arrived and he had to wait an additional day. The worker was courteous and understanding and never seemed upset that the customer was acting like a jacka$$. (I've seen other reviews where they said workers were rude, I didn't experience any of that).

I wont hesitate to recommend the business to friends who need repairs...

I say this business is really NO star! We are on vacation and called this business and the very SLOW talking person/ also very lazy who answered the phone should be fired and the owner should really trust better people to run their business. We called and told him what we needed and he said be here by 5 then we headed that way (we are 30 miles away) and our GPS says we will be there at 510... called to let him know and he’s says “well man I just got another customers phone and well uh I can’t help You now” are you freaking serious? We are half way there! My husband asked to speak to him and continued to say “um man um I just can’t help you” owner I really hope you read this and find some better help! service was not bad until i left for an hour to get my back camera fixed, when i returned they showed me that my screen was now cracked and they said that it was because my screen had minor chips in the corner ( these were barely noticeable). they put a screen protector on it to keep it from cracking further but my screen is now very cracked and continuing to crack. I asked for a price range on how much it was to fix it and they said $270. they told me they were not liable to fix the screen for free because it already had minor chips in it. I’m not mad but I find it very annoying that I came in to get my phone fixed and they damaged it more. the camera was $160 but i came out with my phone now valuing $270 less just because they made the screen worse. don’t recommend...
