I like Bún Bò Huế It is pronounced really funny and it’s fun to say I’m here at Pho Winn And that’s what I’m…… havin’ today I hate fish sauce, though It stinks and the words don’t rhyme with anything. There is one meal I have eaten more than any other at Vietnamese restaurants; that is Bún Bò Huế. I have eaten enough of it that I can tell really good from average. When it is good, it is a wonderful flavorful bowl of warming complex flavors! It should be a spicy beef (sometimes pork broth) noodle soup with a distinct salty, citrus flavor from lemon grass with many other spices. It has sliced beef and sometimes pork (pig knuckles). For the Bún Bò Huế here at Pho Winn, there was no “zesty lemon grass flavor.” There were many slices of beef, pieces of beef tendon and unidentifiable tumorous looking chicken flavored nodules. Chicken something pieces, why? The soup definitely lacked spice. It was very mild and bland. I loaded it up with chili pepper from the little jar on the table to give it some heat. Maybe it is a legitimate geographic version Bún Bò Huế that differs from the text book description. Regardless it was very disappointing. Don’t order it here. My wife had her favorite. A meal she has almost every time we dine at an Asian restaurant, Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò – Grilled Pork Vermicelli. She said it was good. The pork was pleasantly seasoned. I am not sure how she can tell; she poured fish sauce all over the whole meal. Anyway, she gave it a strong average rating. She has credible experience evaluating versions of Vermicelli. The restaurant is clean with a large dining area of tables and a few booths. Big windows make it bright, and comfortable with an open feel. The service is friendly/adequate. Dear lord please tell me that those unidentifiable chicken flavored nodules that I ate, weren’t chicken feet.

As a Thai-Vietnamese family, we were so excited this place was opening in Muskogee! And they did not disappoint us! Everything is so delicious. We got plenty of meat in combination pho, bun bo hue (spicy soup but they make it mild and you can add the lemongrass spicy sauce provided on every table to get the real punch), crispy chicken wings, also got the ribs over rice to-go. It will be our regular spot for sure. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent meal at Pho Winn. I am so excited to have a proper Vietnamese restaurant in Muskogee! I hope everyone in town falls in love with the place <3 The Pho and spring rolls were very good (and the peanut sauce was phenomenal!), and their Lychee tea was delicious. I enjoyed everything about my meal!

Took 15-20 mins to get drinks after we ordered. Wait staff wasn't very professional and seemed very jaded and uncaring towards the customers. Many people got up and had to walk around to find the wait staff to get napkins or other things. I got spring rolls. The uncooked version. Took over 50 mins to get those and they were not even the right ones. Never got my food because the wait staff came out and said it would be a couple of HOURS before any pho would be ready and asked me if I wanted to wait. Like what? 5 dollars for half a cup worth of coconut juice too. Don't waste your time with this spot. Lazy jaded employes with no sense of direction and poor food quality and service. Tried a coworkers soup because his actually came out and it taste like instant broth from pan Asia. Over...

I stumbled on this pho restaurant while attending the haunted castle in Muskogee and decided to try it out and wow!!!! The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and felt like I was invited to a friend’s house for dinner. The appetizers were perfect to keep my stomach at bay until the pho showed up on the table!!! The pho broth was definitely on point and I can tell the owners definitely poured their hearts into making the broth. I fell in love with the authenticity in the pho and wish they were located closer to home. I definitely recommend this restaurant to those that are real pho lovers. I hope to see in the future if they have a pho...
