Zamzows on Franklin Blvd — Attraction in Nampa

The employees are really nice and helpful and the location is super convenient for me. However, I bought a discounted item and as soon as I got it home and hooked it up I realized it was broken. When I spoke to an employee I was told that they knew the items were no longer functional and had been sitting there for years, and the manager was just hoping to make a few bucks on them. My thing is... they didn't work at all! At that point they should be written off as a loss and thrown out, not sold at half price to a "sucker" like me hoping I won't bother to come back and return it. The time to put them on sale was years ago when you realized you bought too many. It's not easy for me to get out to the store and then having to come back to return an item that you know is broken, just felt very dishonest. I will be avoiding this location going forward.

For years I have recommended Zamzows to friends, family, and coworkers with great enthusiasm due to their inclusive attitude towards lgbtq folks. I was thrilled by the adorable “Growing Love” shirts a few years back and have one myself! To discover that Zamzows has now backtracked and considers who someone loves to be a political statement is incredibly disappointing. I will be updating the people in my life on this change.
