I don't go to Jack in the box much but if I do go there again, it won't be at this location. Last Friday October 27th my husband and I decided to order the breakfast burrito that we always like and get with no meat. If they take the meat out that leaves eggs, cheese and hash browns. Well the rude girl at the driveup kept wanting to argue with me that the burrito doesn't come with the hash browns in it and wanted to charge me extra for it. I'm going to pay extra money for something that is supposed to be in it in the first place when they don't make it cheaper by removing the meat? It's fine they don't take the money off for the price of the meat, but I'm not going to pay extra for something that's supposed to already be in it and this girl wanted to just argue and argue and when I pulled around to the window that young woman was not there, so the whole time while they were making the food, I'm sure she was standing over the cook telling them not to put the hash browns in it, that I didn't want hash browns to make sure I didn't get any. Even the picture of the burrito showed hash browns on the driveup menu. Well this young woman had a smug look on her face when she brought the order to me and believe me it was the worse burrito I have ever tasted. If this is truly how they will be making these from here on out, I will never be buying them again, especially not at this Jack in the box. If not than don't leave a sign up for people who may not know what the true times are thanks to this COVID 19 debacle! Sorry but I have been trying to stay a customer here for a long time and usually the arrive is great and so is the food. But I have to admit it ur not gonna be opened at certain tim s especially holidays let ur customers know. You have no idea what the night might be for people and they may be going to u because they trust I'll be open and can get them on ur way. I love coming here I will continue to. I don't have a problem with he food or service that is provided but as of tonight u guys get a low start for false advertising.
If you're gonna be opened till 10pm than be opened that late. For the future if things change let as many customers know or advertise that the hours have changed and will be different for holiday...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have seriously been disappointed with this restaurant for over a year.. but it's the only one I live near so when I get that craving I suck it up.. but i am disappointed I even bothered almost every. single. time. Sometimes, it takes insanely long to get your food, they park you. And the fries are almost always cold and stale. The burgers are made sloppy, falling apart, more often than not soggy! Heck the tacos are like Jack's signature thing and yet they somehow can't keep those consistent.. so unfortunately I don't even bother going there very often anymore. Most of the time the staff are too busy to even give you the time of day, it's like their bothered you even stopped in or they truly hate their jobs.. I honestly feel sorry for even saying it but it's true. Jack in box please get it together. Or cooperate handle your managers plz!!!
