We spent a week camping at Nashville Shores in a premium lakeside rv site. We couldn’t have asked for better views to wake up to and enjoy our morning coffee. The staff were always available and friendly in the office. When we ran into an issue with the dryer in the laundry room not drying the clothing, they were quick to come and give us a credit and dry the clothes. I was willing to pay for an extra cycle. The campground is close to everything you need (gas stations, bbq restaurants, marina for pontoon and boat rentals, jetski rentals, etc). We spent a lot of time touring Nashville and found getting around to be very easy. Nashville Shores is a quick 3 min drive from the Interstate, and maybe 10-15 min from the Opry and Opry Mills Mall. You do not get free access to the amazing water slides, however they do give you discounted rates to all amenities on-site. When we visited, the waterpark was only open on the weekend. Although it was busier those days, it didn’t seem to bother us because we were typically out and about. If you plan to camp here to relax, know that the waterpark (while operating) does have a constant horn/beep to a 1-2-3 rhythm indicating to sliders when it’s their turn to slide. This can be heard all around the park. In our experience it was nothing to be concerned about.

I hate to leave a bad review, I have enjoyed my time here and the staff is extremely friendly. However we were not able to check into our cabin til 30 minutes after our check in time because they said they were still cleaning. This cabin is FILTHY!! Actually disgusting, in between the couch cushions is lots of built up food crumbs and dirt. None of the dishes that came with the cabin were washed, a few of them actually had food on the plates, I have yet to get to the worst of it. My sister woke up because she was getting eaten up, assuming at first it was a mosquito that got in NOPE. Try BED BUGS!!! They bit her all over her FACE, neck, and arms. Her 7 year old son was in bed with her. Thankfully, he wasn’t bitten by anything as far as we can tell. We spent $1200 on this cabin for it to be this disgusting. We feel so disrespected as very easy to please customers that we weren’t even given the decency of a clean stay. We were willing to look past a lot of this even cleaned the cabin ourselves without complaining because we saw they were relatively busy but the bed bugs absolutely pushed us over the edge. This is ridiculous!

This is a 3 star, that will be a 5 star, in a few years. I live in the Nashville Area, so I have watched the growing pains over the years. You couldn't find a better spot, for a top notch waterpark. The location is on beautiful Percy Priest Lake. Plus you can see the city skyline, while climbing the waterslide stairs. This is a tourist city, but there aren't many family friendly activities around. This should be on your to do with a family, in just a few years. They are phasing out old rides, to make a place for the new ones. I would love to have a look of the plans. For now, it is a bit overpriced for what they have to offer. The layout is very nice. I personally like having my seat near the lazy river. But, if you do have children, there are two kiddie play areas, that would be a relaxing area for Mom's with littles. It would definitely be worth a season pass if you want to keep the kids occupied and active a few days a week, during the summer. Overall it is a wonderful way to spend the day. But be sure to put it on your to do's in Nashville in about 3 years.

SUCH A FUN PLACE!! They have something for everyone! 4 person, 2-person, and single slides. Wave pool, lazy river, and an obstacle course on the lake. Buying a season pass is the way to go because if you go twice then it's gonna pay for itself. We have done went three times this summer and will be back next week!!

Fun time with the family. It has slides for kids and adults. I felt safe and it was kept nice and clean. Ordered a cheeseburger and pizza and food was decent. We enjoyed ourselves and definitely will come back!

This place was great for the whole family! Reasonable prices, great slides and because I came on a Monday, the lines were not bad at all!!! One of the rides was down but that was ok, we had tons of fun! Food was cheaper than expected, the wings were good and although the alcohol was a bit expensive, the cocktails were soooo tasty! They have a big souvenir shop, lockers with three different sizes, and areas you can rent out for party's. The lakeside obstacle course was really fun. Reminded me of the Wipeout game show.
