Campsites were excellent. Bathrooms were meh. Not very clean and vent fans need replaced - was super humid and obviously causing issues with getting excess moisture out of wet areas. Internet was terrible. Rarely worked and always kicking us off. Security (nighttime phone response) said they "couldn't help with internet) Beach area for camp guests was super dirty in the water - which I get it's a natural lake - but could have been better kept up. Basically kept us from touching the water at all. I'm truly a very amicable person and have a background in real estate, so please take this as constructive do far. This campground is impeccably well located with respect to the water park and in a generally amazing area. My overwhelmingly largest concern would be the tree top zip line course. That ENTIRE course is a totally rotted out safety hazard that baffles me you've not been sued over. Every single platform was completely rotted out and you had literal missing pegs where stairs should be - in multiple places - and pegs that were so rotted they had been screwed in with decking screws (multiple times) to try and keep them from just falling out. It's unbelievable the amount of disrepair that course is in and that you're still putting people through it. Missing steps on multiple courses, I could go on and on. This has to be a common complaint. It's baffling you've not had a tragedy yet. Maybe you have ?..... just relying on "well you're hooked to the cables with a harness" as the safety mechanism doesn't account for the fact that someone easily could break their leg or suffer a fall when they are climbing literal ROTTED OUT wood pegs for stairs and then standing on rotted platforms, walking rotted and missing steps, climbing more rotted stairs. Rusted out cables, broken cables shoddy repaired with ropes, I could go on! I hope and pray an attorney doesn't take his family on that course. You'll have a lawsuit in your mailbox the next week. Again. I'm a really easily going person. You're clearly turning a blind eye to a serious issue. All for the sake of money I'm sure. Shut the park down and do the right thing. You need total overhaul or you're gonna be shut down for good.

We had an amazing stay at Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Whether we had questions about the park, needed assistance at our camp site , or were catching the shuttle, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Speaking of the shuttle service, it was fantastic! It made getting to Nashville music row so convenient, especially after a long night of Drinking . The resort itself is a perfect getaway, offering beautiful lakefront cabins and RV sites with scenic views of Percy Priest Lake. The water park is a highlight, featuring thrilling water slides, a giant wave pool, a lazy river, and an aqua park obstacle course on the lake. For those looking for adventure, there’s also a Treetop Adventure Park with ziplines and obstacle courses for all skill levels. And if you just want to relax, the lake is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying a peaceful sunset. We highly recommend Nashville Shores for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing lakeside escape! Can’t wait to come back!

Booked Nashville Shores Rv Resorr based off speaking to them at the Tampa RV Show 2023. We normally stay at the Nashville KOA. Nashville Shores is far from new, nor well maintained nor an rv resort We booked 2 premium sites, which were new concrete. They might of had 12-14 newer sites. The rest was old cracked moldy concrete sites. Spoke with the office several times about the cable tv not working and having our water shut off by people using the small rocky beach area to wash their feet. We might as well talked to a wall, nothing was ever done and the office staff could have really cared less. If this park is pitching to higher end clientele, big coach owners, they need to step up their game in the rv resort world. Super tight entry toll style booth and terrible rotting pavement roads need help. Now the water park. 1/2 is clean/newer. Other is in need of a serious cleaning and maintenance. Their slogan So New, So Close, So Fun, They better do some serious work to get their. Our rig is a 2018 HR Endeavor 44H

Beware of this park. My wife and I have spent considerable time here over the years and have watched it deteriorate year-on-year; we will NEVER return. Management does not enforce the rules, especially where animal control is concerned. Dogs are left chained outdoors unattended and allowed to run free with no consequences to the owners. The entire park has a deteriorating infrastructure to include roads, buildings, etc. and it is really showing. We were standing near the road speaking to on-site management regarding the unenforced rules when an employee went speeding by on one of their golf carts; enforcement doesn't even include their own staff. The attached amusement park brings in a very loud and lawless late-night crowd; we were rightfully concerned for our personal safety and the security of our property. The late-night drinking (much of which appears to be underage), property destruction, and trash brought on by this seemingly welcomed but unrestricted and unsupervised group is very undesirable for us and is not fitting as a family environment by any measure. At one point, we were physically threatened by another guest that had consumed large amounts of alcohol throughout the day in public and had allowed his dog to run free attacking my leashed dog when walking; no consequences. One must assume that lack of income due to the growing overall undesirability of the park prompts the lack of enforcement of even the basic rules. Security and rule/law enforcement appears to be all but nonexistent here and is not in line with our minimum travel and stay expectations. This facility now loses 10+ days each year from our refusal to return, there are other far better choices in the area. I would have indicated zero stars had it...

Booking and the check-in procedure was very smooth, even though we arrived after hours. There was a good system for that. During our stay: In the bathrooms by the store, the 2nd and 3rd toilets were plugged and unusable for the first 4 days we were there. One was eventually cleared, but the other remained unusable our entire stay(11 days). On a positive note, the restrooms/showers in the campground proper near the dumpsters, were kept clean and functioning every day. What these restrooms could use, is a paved pathway or stairs from the lower lake drive(sites 20-40) up to the bath house. A campground grounds crew worker who who identified himself as Egypt, and operating a blower, approached my husband, who was sitting at our campsite. He did not, apparently, speak English well, but tried to get my husband to give him money, either in cash or electronically. He offered to blow the few leaves off our patio rug as a special service. He pulled up his pant leg to show my husband that he had a knee injury. It was clear that the scar there was quite old. Regardless, this is inappropriate behavior that a campground employee should be panhandling...
