World Class Barbers — Attraction in Netcong

I normally take my sons to World Class in Denville, but decided to try the shop in Netcong. BIG MISTAKE! My 10 year old son had been growing his hair for months giving him freedom to put his hair up in a half ponytail. I gave clear instruction to leave the top long and clean the sides. Ruben went scissor happy and disregarded our request. He took off so much of the top that he might as well have given a fade. WORST, when I confronted him with our dissatisfaction, Ruben would not take any ownership of his work. He claimed that I was not clear, because I did not use the lingo "man bun". So, my request of keeping the top long, because he puts it up and clean sides was questionable? Very disappointed and would love for anyone to read this, heed my warning.... DO NOT LET RUBEN...

I dunno what is up with this place, I see people get haircuts here and they're awesome but some are just HORRIBLE. The inconsistency isn't how a barbers shop should be run. Makes me never want to go there even if they have good barbers for the chance that I might get someone who doesn't know how to cut.

Took my brother here for a haircut, for a simple fade.... What this guy did to his hair I'm speechless... uneven everywhere, side burns had 2 different shapes & one longer than the other. The back had one huge patch that was longer. I could go on but you get the point. My mom and I fixed it, if I knew we would do a better job I would have never went here.

Save your $20; cut it yourself cause you'll do a better job or go...

Took my two boys in for haircuts and had a truly fantastic experience! They’re both little guys with big energy, but the barbershop had games in the waiting area that kept them happily entertained while we waited. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. The building itself is beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable.

Ryan did both boys' haircuts and was absolutely wonderful. He listened carefully to what I wanted, even repeating it back to make sure he got it right. The results were exactly what we hoped for! It’s so refreshing to find someone who takes the time and care to get it just right.
