This park has become mostly just a dog park. They USED to have swings, a slide, seesaws, and stuff for kiddos to play on, but they've removed ALL of it, and left it empty. There are only a few "In Memory Of" benches and a couple picnic tables to sit on, otherwise, it's mainly a place for dogs to play (they still have to be on leashes though, so you can't let them free-play) or to go fishing. Read moreThis is a beautiful park, quite peaceful and a great place for a swim. The park is not 24 hour as Google says but is open from 6 am to 9 pm. There is no overnight parking and the police will tell you to leave if you do try. There is no longer a grill but there are tables and benches to sit at. The porta-potty is often full and dirty so use at your own risk. Great place for dogs and please do clean up for yourself...
