Payne Village Shopping Center — Attraction in New Castle

I do not recommend the Chinese takeout in pain Village. I looked at the sign on the door and it said that they closed at 10:30 p.m. I went in I ordered my food it was almost $11 and went down to Speedway to get gas tell them I'll be right back. When I got back at 9:30 they were closed and everyone was gone. So the next day I called them oh by the way I prepaid on my debit card. I called and explained the situation when I told them What happened previously the night before I got no results. I did not get any food and I did not get my money credited back on my card. I actually had to call twice because the first time when I started explaining the situation I actually got hung up on. So basically they weren't interested in that I had paid for my food and didn't get any food and was it interested in making it right. But I have plans on going back down there again and talking with the manager. But all in all I'd stay away from there because that's just too bad customer service. If I could rate them...

More than half of all machine's doesn't work. All someone would have to do is watch you tube videos on how to fix them. Not a good place to go, they never have hot water at all even if you go to the bathroom you have to wash your hands in ice cold water.not to mention you have to wash your clothes in cold water only an if you say something about it their reply is..... it's out because the customers have used it all which isn't true I've been there in the morning when they first open and guess what ..... no...

I actually went to action temp service. It is not located where Google Maps tells you that it is. It is actually located at the old gun store in the brick building across the street from the Bureau Motor Vehicles. Anyway the ladies there were absolutely wonderful very helpful in fact I was just there a couple of hours ago and now I'm on my way to an interview so thank you action...
