Top Hat Two - Pizza King — Restaurant in New Castle

I will never make the drive to this place again rude employees. I came in to order a pizza for 15 minutes they told me they will be right there to help as they took care of other customers. Then the lady asked if I had a pick up order I said I would want to place an order she says nothing and walks away and starts doing something else. Then another lady comes over and in a rude tone says we are closed our ovens are off and walks away. I spent 15 minutes waiting why did you not tell me that when I said I wanted to place an order. The place was dirty and seems unkept. Over the years I have stopped there a lot and it just keeps getting worse. Tonight was the last time as far as I am concerned this place is out of business. This place does not have any place to sit. It is strictly takeout. There’s not very much room to stand when you are checking out. If there’s a food delivery, you have to keep moving out of the way of the delivery man. The food is from Pizza King, but it is made differently so not what I was expecting, it looks like they put the meat on top of the royal feast instead of the cheese and they put the breadsticks inside of foil instead of the regular wrapping. I get pizza from here AT LEAST once a month. In the last year I've had one relatively sub-par pizza. Perhaps it was a trainee, don't care cuz EVERY OTHER TIME it's been amazing! If you've never been a trainee - you shouldn't be allowed to leave a review.....When people leave bad reviews look at two things, the number of times they've reviewed, and their grammar.
