We'll start with the good: this place really is quality. Clean, helpful staff, fairly priced. I went with 6 kids ages 5-14 and they all ended up doing the main ropes course, which is the main attraction. The course is great. Challenging. The harnesses are great, lag a bit here and there, but overall very easy to pull (for anyone who is over 48' inches and is going by themselves). There are 4 zip lines- 2 in each direction. Sometimes the parts around the zip lines get a bit crowded. Some parts are very challenging. I personally went on the course w my 5 year old twins...they were 44 inches and had to go with a chaperone but I was able to be for both. They were able to do most of the medium level one's, but probably couldn't have done it without me....one downside...if a kid is between 42 and 48 inches I suggest not to waste your $$ on the climb walls...it's $10 and only allow u 4 times! So if u slip etc it's done in 10 minutes! So if your between the 42-48 definitely get a chaperone and go on the big one.

So this review comes from two adults that went there. So if you have kids maybe find a review about someone that has kids instead. So we bought tickets in advance and we signed the waivers once we got there. After that you wait in a line. This is a Saturday night for about 20 minutes which your time starts. As soon as you leave the register. I bought the 2-hour package. We finally got up there and if you're an adult with no kids, just go to the very top. You'll be by yourself. It was fun! It was cool. Safety is very huge there which is great. We did pretty much every walk across that you could do and we did the zip lines and we were done in under an hour. Even though we bought the 2-hour package we saw and did everything including standing in line in about 45 minutes. So if you don't have kids just buy the hour package you'll be fine. If you have kids maybe get the 2-hour package difficulty-wise. There was a couple that were hard here and there but it's gear more towards kids

Had the best time with my kids at It Ropes Course. There is a ropes course for the little kids under 48" that the little one tried (she loved it) and the main ropes course for everyone else over 48". The staff are friendly. The place is nice and clean. I'm personally afraid of heights but I did this for my children (zip line and all). We even did the zip line where you zip right over the water attraction. NOTE: Go to the restroom before you start anything. Once you purchase your wristband and get your harness on and start the course there is no breaks in between. So you can't climb and zip and then stop 20 minutes later to go to the bathroom and go back to the course. Once you leave the course your time officially ends. Other than that my family and I had a blast. It's a bit pricey ($10 for kids and $25-$30 for everyone else) but to go every once in a blue seems to be okay. Highly recommend everyone at least try it once.

Booked the hour slot at 11:30am on President’s Day weekend and was able go on the ziplines 4 times in addition to climbing around the course! Would recommend going early in the day if you plan to walk in or just make a reservation online (discounted). There are free pin pad lockers to put your stuff (nothing allowed in pockets on the course) before you go in line for staff to put on your harness. I felt safe the whole time even though it was a bit nerve wracking to let go at the beginning. It’s a nice place for both adults and kids. **Took a star off because the rainbow LED lights, fountain and music systems were down the time I was there, otherwise it would have been perfect! (Attached photos are from the evening before when things were still working. we tried to walk in 2hrs before it closed but they didnt sell tickets anymore then)

Definitely 5 stars for the ropes experience, the staff could be a little more inviting and friendly, they were pretty robotic and not at all helpful for a newbie!! That being said, I'm so glad my 60 year old body still lets me do things like this because the wow factor at the top level is intense!! Perfect for all levels from toddler on up, there's a rope for everyone! The four ziplines are a great added feature to go from side to side and the maze aspect kept us guessing! What I loved the most was how terrified I was when we first started but then I gained all the confidence I needed with each crossing, finally tackling some of the super intense ones at the end of our time! Plenty of seating for observers, water fountain for ambiance and great music will definitely have us back again when in the area!

I went yesterday for MLK day for a fun adventure before heading back to home in NY. I’ve been to our door ropes courses before so I was very intrigued about an indoor one. It was HUGE. They had 4 different levels of climbing, which included zip lines and challenges vary in complexity. What I really liked was their harness system. We didn’t have to do our own clipping on to obstacles. We just clipped on once at the beginning and it was on for the whole time. It was really innovative. They have a small area for children, too, which was so cute! Downside was that it looked like they had a food place but it wasn’t open. I think having that open would make this a 5 star. I think they had vending machines though. I would recommend for adults and children!
