Taqueria Juancho Guacamoles — Restaurant in New Haven

It's not the best, but it's definitely not the worst. I ordered the birria tacos of 3, an order of huaraches and kids torta, 2 glass drinks, and a coffee. The total was nearly 100 (tip included and I was charged a $3 card but when I ordered 2 mored drinks and chicharrones, I wasn't charged the card fee?) The birria tacos didn't really taste like birria. The huaraches were bland and lacked meat. Honestly, I expected more from the place it was small, and there were kids running around the place yelling and screaming. Again, it's not the best but not the worst if you like overpriced food....

I drove 1+ hours just to get there and try their food because all of the great reviews they have. But reality is totally different. I ordered a torta al pastor and a burrito de lengua and one agua fresca $26 bucks super expensive for quality of food I literally got the torta and the burrito in the bag no chips or any type of salsas nothing not even napkins. If you willing to drive an extra 20 minutes go to Mr taco in Meriden they have really good food and a lot cheaper I got the same exact thing 2 weeks ago for $21 they provide chips and guacamole and 2 different...

First of all, I ordered from instacart and I expected WHAT THE PHOTO SHOWED.. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE A PHOTO OF SOMETHING AS A DESCRIPTION IF THATS OT WHAT IM RECIEVING??? THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT...AND I NEVER WOULD HAVE SPENT MY MONEY ID I HAD KNOW I WASN'T GETTING WHAT WAS SHOWN, AND IT WAS COLD AND JUST NOT THAT GREAT....LIKE, IT WAS RIDICULOUS. And I had no way of getting a refund bc I ordered from the app it took me and hour to figure out customer service, and a refund and never got it...this whole experience was...
