I’ve been to this cemetery since I was a little girl because our family is buried here. My dad paid for perpetual care but my folks would come to be sure it looked good regardless and that’s what you have to do with any “land” you own.
Some families don’t have that and yes the graves were overgrown but to the managers favor IDK how so many graves can be maintained unless you pay someone to do the work.
