This is My First time coming here to a place of History with people from JCC. I've been to a lot of museums based on sailors, but this one was based on a peace conference during the revolutionary war. This house was part of an historical landmark for NYC and it was made in the 1800s and it's still standing to this day. I went inside and it had an upstairs and downstairs. Sometimes I doubt they would have a basement but I was just there for a tour. I only came here just to see some sculptures that some of the programs in Staten Island made. They all looked really cool and creative. I went to the back of the house and it had a great view of the trees and the ocean 🌊 it had a beach like area but I bet it's off limits because of seasonal changes. This house had a past of a historical heritage of a family that goes from Biddle, Brewster and Petersen. There's also art pieces, photos, and news articles about the people who lives here. Went here once while checking out the conference house near by and some angry troll came out of this house yelling at me saying the biddle house was private property and to leave. Even though it shows a parks department sign in the front of it. Anyway never went back here. Looks like a run down un-kept looking place. Beach is dirty and polluted...
