Ok so I take my wife to get her nails done at this place and after today it would be the last, (why)? Because one time I felt like getting my nails manicure and they said I need to make appointment, I respectfully understood. But I saw that two white people enter and ask for a manicure and they attended them. The next round up I made appointment with my wife and these people had me sit on a chair for over 15 mins and again, I WHITE lady enter and sat her down and started Working on Her nails, I got up and ask them if my appointment is at 2pm and now 2:20 whatâs the hold up? They said wait a min, while Iâm watching them work on that lady hand. Iâm not racist but I donât understand why anyone would chose one race then another. I own a business and I would never do such ignorance. All customer should be treated the same. Just to kept this in check! Iâm a Latin race born in North American from a descendant South American. If we want to talk about an ignorant topic! Iâm more American than white people. This country original race was American Indians. Incas etcâŚ.. white people from France Spain migrated here and many othersâŚ.. this country doesnât belong to white people. It was rob by other countries. LEARN UOUR...
Read moreI had such high hopes for this experience, but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. The establishment is beautiful and truly has potential, but the customer service was subpar. The beginning of the experience started out decent, but as time passed and got closer to 7pm they began to speed up my services and rush. My manicurist was in such a rush after the last coat she didnât even apply lotion to complete the manicure. After I asked her if she had lotion, she handed it to me to apply myself. Unlike the other nail tech that itemized the bill for my friend, my tech wrote up her ticket and pointed me in the direction of the cashier as I sat there and waited for her to return. Lastly, I asked the person who checked me out what the total was since I was not told, he said â$116â but when he passed the receipt $121 was charged to card. He failed to mention the $5 credit card processing fee that would be added.
Overall, both my friend and I were extremely disappointed in this experience. We will not be returning to patronize this business.
Creating a comfortable experience goes far behind just a nice salon. I hope Color Me Nails can...
Read moreMy visits here are always a hit or miss but mostly a miss. I walked in and asked for gel removal and a regular mani without polish to rest my nails. Since I was a walk-in, I asked if the technician I had a good experience with was on that day. The lady checked me in, said she was, and said I could start with my gel removal first as it takes longer. The next thing I knew, another lady was doing the entire service despite the nail technician being available. The service I received felt rushed. She soaked my nails with acetone in a short amount of time and forcibly took them off manually, resulting in my nails being scratched up. I also had to request for my cuticles to be cut as she just looked at them while picking and choosing which she would work on. At the end of my service she picked up a dirty hand towel sitting on her table instead of the warm one. How disgusting can that be. When I told her about it she just laughed at it instead of...
