Not has described. No PARKING! Walked through and found people having a BBQ. Also found 2 tents were erected. Loud music. Litter bags were left by entrance of park. A large container for storage was open and a group of people were inside smoking cannabis inside the storage container. I don't know if DOP is suppose to have this closed or open.
