I will never ever give my business to this company. As I was dining, one of your drivers was making a delivery next to the restaurant I was dining at. As we were eating the worker was constantly using profanities very loud and making derogatory remarks about women he knew with no regard to all the patrons around him. I was out to eat with my elderly grandparents; my grandmother has extremely horrible Alzheimer’s. The man kept slamming the back of the truck multiple times and it was frightening my grandmother. As we got up to leave it happened again and she jumped. We were caught off guard and screeched in response as we didn’t know what was happening. The man on the truck then continued to say to my mother as we were taking care of her elderly parents “yo it’s called a job lady” and got extremely disrespectful with her. I stood up to defend my mom as she walked away and he continued to make misogynistic comments. I don’t know about you but we own a family business and if we had workers representing our business who are actually misogynistic and making disgusting comments about women they would be fired within the minute. My Maid Of Honor actually works for Facebook and she will definitely be helping me in getting this dealt with in a proper way. If this man is not dealt with it shows that you, Baldor Specialty Foods, shares in the same opinion of woman as your workers do and that is just...
Read moreThe service is terrible. Years ago the service was courteous, professional, respectful. The quality of the products was far superior, making the cost worthwhile in my mind. Now, however, I often do not get the item I specifically requested. The imbecile in warehouse will put a sticker with the corresponding code on the box. However it does not match the picture or brand shown on Baldor's website. Only a short time ago, after having received the wrong items three times, I spoke to my rep, who assured me he would handle it personally. Nevertheless, the very next day, lo and behold, I received the wrong item. Which was infested with insects. That day I called my rep four times - every time he responded by text that he would call me back. He never did. Today, I did not receive my order until 1640 - even though my delivery window is 0900-1100. Several times I have taken delivery of cilantro and or parsley that is so full of ice, half of the box is frostbitten. A long time ago, I had a tremendous amount of respect for Baldor. Whenever my supervising agency would change my employing establishment, if that location was not already being serviced by Baldor, I would recommend they switch supplier. Now, however, I quell at the idea of suggesting Baldor to any food service...

Just when I thought Sysco held the gold medal in “How to Waste a Driver’s Day” — Baldor showed up like, “Hold my coffee.”
I delivered here expecting the usual chaos. What I got was a masterclass in complete and utter time loss. If Sysco is slow, Baldor is in reverse.
I came with a load. A simple one. Nothing complicated. And yet… hours passed. Not one. Not two. I lost count somewhere around the time I started questioning my life choices.
Let’s be honest: • If you enjoy staring at warehouse walls and slowly losing hope — Baldor delivers. • If you like watching staff move slower than buffering Wi-Fi — Baldor delivers. • If you dream of aging in a parking lot — Baldor delivers.
They don’t just delay you. They demoralize you.
By the time I was unloaded, I had mentally written my will, meditated twice, and reached a level of inner peace I didn’t ask for.
If Sysco is a slow burn, Baldor is a full-on philosophical crisis. Bring snacks. Bring patience. Bring...
