Remsen Hall — Attraction in New York

From the first time I went and saw the place last year until my party Saturday 8/17/2024, I noticed that a new floor had been installed. The owner and his staff were wonderful. They assisted me with bringing stuff in to set up and they constantly made sure everything was good. The tables and chairs were already set up and if tables had to be moved, they did it. There was another party going on in the next room, but you would not have known if you didn't see the people outside did not hear their party all night. I loved the backyard area where the smokers could go. The bathrooms were fully supplied and when we ran out of something it was quickly replaced. Charlie was assigned to us all night and he was so on point with making sure the garbage was taken out to helping us pack up and the end of my party. I didn't get the security guard name, but he also was on point and nice helping my guest leave and making sure they were safe. I am already looking to book another party there. I would never do business with this place again. The place was beautiful but I was paid in full in April for my event in January and a week before the event the owner said I have a balance of 1000, I told him the date and exactly how the day went when I paid in April and he still didn’t recall so I had to send him a picture of my receipt because he didn’t have it in his records. When I scheduled the event it was supposed to be from 5pm-10 come in at 3 pm to set up and be out by 11 with the supplies I came with. He try to shut my down at 930 pm.
