WARNING Scam Do not rent from 1881 Forest ave in Staten Island. They ripped off both my credit cards. They did 100 even dollar charge for a 1/4 tank of gas. I told them to fill it up and the gas was under $3 dollars a gallon. I rode exactly 101 miles and had to return the truck full as it was full when I got it. Do the math. even if the van uses 10 miles to a gallon, it would be about 10 gallons at $3 that's $30. I used the store connected to the gas station and bought about $6 worth of candy and i see they charged twice. onece for $196 and another for 66. This isn't someone stealing my info and charging. I called and booked my reservation w Frank for the same day usage. When i came in for the truck it was ready to go. The customer service was excellent from Frank, as always, since ive booked at this location numerous times over the last 4 months. The trucks were always clean and in good working condition. But i cant stress most about the customer service esp in a time where its not practiced in many retail or service centers. 5 stars for...
